What's a "normal" range for a 66 Rivoli?  ???
I thought they were +- $1,500

Hornisse

That video is funny.  When bassist Robert Reynolds steps forward to announce the Grammy winner you can still hear his bass playing for a few seconds...... :D

This one is a 96 reissue. I had to read it a few times to see the date correctly. Went for $560, probably about right. It seems the Grammy connection didn't add much value.

I'm not surprised. A bass with a pseudo-psychedelic paint job that was used once by a country/rock band that never had any commercial success is not likely to bring a higher price.

Hornisse

That's too bad about the price.  I thought it was a cool piece.  Just a bad time to sell anything right now.  I always loved this one by The Mavericks.
