Gigged last night, played the Woody and in the Bacchus Bar, for some reason any humbucker bass sounds a heap better than my actives or single coil passives. The Woody just nails it in this place. I've had 3 different bass playing mates make comment about how good that bass sounds there.

Old building, wooden floors, live room.

It sounds great on unplugged gigs too, very warm and "underneath". You can push up the vol without anybody being bothered!
