Yesterday I had some time to experiment, I splited my signal using an old multieffect unit, one output to the Peavey and the other to an old Epiphone transistor guitar amp I got, put the bass on 0 (to protect the 10" speaker) and the gain to max, and WOW that's some nice grunt right there, I am impressed. It almost made me to go find a drummer!
I've had a KB-300 for quite a few years. I bought it for a steal because of the low impedance mic input in channel (1). It works well for the Les Paul Signatures & with an adapter I modified, it works with the Hobbit & LPR.
Good to know, I don't have anything low-impedance, but who knows what could happen in the future...
