We played the shorter version live on TV in front of 1.4 million people. The longer version was a warm up for the studio audience only.

What were you playing through, Chris...? kept missing it... issues on the playback... noticed your hand awfully high up the neck at one point...  ;D

Thanks for explaining. I could see that it wasn't a longer version of the live cut, even if certain other people didn't notice.
