Also...

With the new PG I was thinking...
should I name it the Melodybird or keep it the Offenderbird?
Thanks!

I like the first logo too.  The name is great, no need to change it.

Yep, first logo is the best.

And, don't worry about Ken's hair comment - he's just trying to remember what hair was like  ;) :P

OY...! I resemble that remark...

I go the first logo... but don't forget - the lighter the body, the greater the neck-dive...

PS the pink room was my sisters old room until I took it for my jam room...

Of course, of course... we've heard it all before... nothing new round here... ;D

I'm so old and so Dago that a charcoal sport jacket with a pink shirt was considered the height of style back in the day.  Don't forget those pointy ankle boots either.  Beatle boots?  I don't think so!

I like the Mick version, the O'Fenderbird, available only in Kerry Green.

I'll have you know that I still have my Beatle boots!  Circa 1979 - English made! ;D  I also have the the snap collar Betsy Johnson black and white check shirt as well!  I can still fit into the boots - the shirt is another story

Before they were Beatle Boots we called them fence climbers or roach stompers.

Alright, now to bing the bread back to the Offenderbird, rather than Beatle boots. Lol

Last night I glued and clamped the body.  :-\

I think it's gonna be heavy rather than light :(
So I came up with an idea!

Hollow out the entire body except for an inch along the perimeter and a long block in the bridge area and glue thin veneers on top!
That's right- a short scale hollow body Thunderbird! Haven't seen of those yet eh?

Tonight I'm cutting out the body from the blank so I'll see if I will go ahead with the hollow body idea.
Wish me luck!
