That's really an impressive piece of work.

Black is always good. But is this worth what you're thinking of putting into it? I don't recall these selling for very much even in original condition.

Go for it, Jules. He would probably be a great source of information.

Nice interview, but has anyone here read it yet? No reviews on Amazon yet. I'm wondering if he includes basses.

Hi Tom, welcome aboard. I know this one is real, it was used in "Spinout" and is on display at Graceland. I don't think it was ever a production model like the EBSF-1250 -- Uwe and Jules would probably know.

Here.

No article, just pics. Mostly guitars but I do spy two Birds in the Gibson booth and one seems to have a mirrored pickguard and a toggle switch. These probably aren't Epis, there's a separate Epi booth shot where you can see the Woody and EB-0.

Because in a kind of cheap way it appeals to kids and old Texans? :P

Exactly!  :D

why would a Swedish group do "kids in America"? and that was by far the worst Ramones cover i ever heard and i grew up in Forest hills Queens.
but the brunette is hotter, they always are.

I don't recall Kim Wilde being American either. Or her father and brother who wrote the song. Would an American have ever said "east California?"  :)

Who cares that it's not a great Sheena cover? I wasn't watching for that...or for the Epi Bird.  ;D

Well, I didn't really mean it that way. But in today's world, too many people are looking for someone to blame (and sue) when shite happens.

I'd like to see it in a single (neck) pickup version, but that's unlikely with Warwick.

Thanks for the explanation, Daniel. I wasn't looking at the blonde(s), just Marina. :) I'm surprised I even noticed the bassist.
