In the immortal words of Bugs Bunny, what a maroon.

If you think his performance is bad in the first song, just wait.

Saw that a while ago. You have to be either drunk, or a total douche bag to ham it up like that on such a beautiful song.

i saw the problem right away. he's short, and does what he can to get some attention.

Yep, saw that one ages ago too.  Hilarious.  The worst is the jitterbug and twirls; take those out and it might not be half as bad.

Ok, maybe a bit over the top on the dancing - I kind of look at that as a bit of comic relief tho.......It could be worse, he could be standing still
looking at his shoes - given a choice I'll take the former over the latter every time.

His chordal vamps might be a little more impressive if he didn't miss the changes EVERY time doing them! Drugs. Are. Bad.

I once played a gig with some band from the burbs where the pudgy (not an insult, but a fact for purpose of illustration... I would now easily qualify)  frontman was doing scissor kicks every song... wearing jogging pants with a visible hole in the crotch.  That's just about the only way this could have been worse. ... I also remember the bass player dressed in all orange - hat shirt and pants... but not all the same orange (which is a thing that bothers me, but isn't really important).  Aside from the frontman the rest of the band were statues.

As an opposing viewpoint to our dear high heeled one, coming from a shoegaze appreciating background, I would prefer people err on the side tasteful/stoic vs active/ponce.  But that is a cover band, which is a different animal in terms of crowd expectation.
