Thanks Al, you're right.  We are very vigilant.  In fact, we still aren't 100% sure my Johns Hopkins doc it right on target.  He's the best at what he does in the world, literally.  But you always have to be skeptical.  There's always a patient or two out their who doesn't follow the "typical" path in their disease journey.  I don't intend to be the "rare" one that they missed!
