True. And I'm not surprised. That guitar kid and him not only came from different generations, but also from different planets.

I think it's time to call an end to Glenn's desperate peddling to modern rock tastes. He should finally get himself some black musicians, a slick black funky producer and do the music he really loves.

Aldrich now sounds like one guitarist and not like a whole guitar army - I hated that overblown Whitesnake Cinemascope sound and he was chiefly to blame for that (if induced by DC).

And Sail Away - one of my favourite DP numbers - now sounds like a Trapeze track - what's not to like?
