Vintage Thunderbird Pickup on Ebay...is this Chrome???

I think this is NOT a 1963 Pickup....it looks chrome Not nickel and it seems to be high  like the later 1960's.... Thoughts???

The  seller has NOT responded to my question of the cover whether it is Nickel or Chrome....I just sold a repaired chrome one for $200.00

  Yeah that's chrome for sure. Pre 2008 pricing, doubt he'll get it.
