For you WWII and armor nerds...
« on: November 06, 2014, 11:20:15 AM »
So, we saw "Fury" over the weekend and even the wife liked it.
Afterwards I went to reading up on Shermans and Tigers and stumbled upon the awesome Tiger Training manual, authorized and approved by Heinz Guderian. Called the "Tigerfibel" it contains humor, prose, cartoons and a nude woman named Elvira.
It was apparently so popular that a similar manual was written for the Panther.

Check this out! And be sure to flip through all the pages.

That thing is a riot, isn't it?

I'd seen that particular website before, but missed that manual. I found it again by reading about the Tiger I on Wikipedia, which contained a remark about it, then followed a link and searched it out.
