I'm glad you spoke up first.  I really don't need to get more stuff, but I've got that Gibson neck that needs a home.  I may wait for a while, and look for a Les Paul bass body.  That '69 is mighty tempting, though.  Once they've been molested, anything you do to heal them is fair game.
