Hi all! As you can see i'm very new to this forum. There was a time, must been over 6 years ago, when I spend a lot of time on forums like these.
Doesn't really matter anymore what forums - but I made some friends there and got lots of good info.
Eversince one of those forums got down (and me changing jobs) I kinda fell out of the online community.

A couple of months ago - I started having these questions again... especially regarding to "Gibson basses", and instead of putting that in my google search string, I simply searched for "Gibson UWE" and found this forum! Uwe must be the single most person i never met that knows so much about the Gibson bass guitar. So thank god I find you again! Be aware tho, i'm gonna post my first question(s) soon in the Gibby forum ;)

Kind Regards all!
Tom

Welcome, Tom! If you like Gibsons you've come to the right place. We like other brands here as well, but Gibsons hold a special place for a lot of us. Glad to have you here.
