Thanks, I'm pleased! Funny, I haven't had a beer since the night before the surgery. After a couple of days of clear liquids only, then limited solid food, the thought of beer just makes me feel full. I'm sure that will change later on.  I HAVE had some Evan Williams Kentucky bourbob in the past couple of days though.

Way to go. At least a shot of bourbon isn't too heavy.  Unless you're drinking from the bottle!

I've always felt that when they say clear liquids you should play it safe and follow the rules . Stick with nothing but Vodka and Gin until you're healthy enough to go back to the bourbon and whiskey . You can't fool with your health ya know.
