I was doing some more measuring and I just realized that the #6 x 1.5" screws could be too long if you have a shallow body on your bass.  They are actually too long for my all maple TB and just short enough for my 60s NR.  I'm thinking we need to be cautious and make sure the 1.5" screw isn't too long for your bass and my tail piece.  Let me know.  I'm going to order some shorter screws just to be safe!

OK, here's the deal.  I have ordered some #6 x 1.25" and these should be plenty long enough to do the job without being too long for any typical TB bass with normal thickness.  I'm going to send these slightly shorter screws out to you folks who have asked for them just to be on the safe side unless you PM me and ask for the longer 1.5" size.  I also ordered some 1" ones too just as a backup measure.  I should be swimming in screws any day now!

Thanks!

OK folks, the shorter screws are on order still and I won't be able to get to this for another week or so, but I will send them out.  For those of you who asked for screws, I will include both the 1.5 and 1.25" screws in your package.  Way too much going here on the home front, but I will get it done as soon as I am able.  Thanks for your patience!

Yikes, I just got back from 13 days of vacation out west, what a great time!  I'll quit screwing around and get the screws out ASAP now!

OK, I'm caught up a little bit and have had a chance to catch my breath.  The screws are going out today for folks who requested them.  They will be the 1.25" length and should work perfectly.  Enjoy!   :)
