I've been working on a small series of vintage colors for the BaCHbirds.
Just picked up five refinned BaCH NR Tbirds from the (car)painter.

And the first one is already dressed up and ready to rock!

That looks great! It's almost turquoise! Is that how Inverness Green Gibsons looked when new?
Why did Salvador Dali cross the road?
Clocks.

Basvarken

Yep that's what it looked like before the ultraviolet made it more yellow.

I wouldn't call it Turquoise though. It's not that blue.
But is hard to catch the color on camera because of the metallic paint reflecting from several directions.

Here's some more pics

Nice! Hard to photograph. On my monitor, the second set of pics is more like what it should look like in person.

That is smashing beautiful in those colors Rob

I'm the exception in not being a Tbird fan, but THAT is one great-looking bass!!

Here's two BaCHbird twins.

A BTH-2 with two Artec humbuckers.
And a BTH-1 with one Artec humbucker plus nickel casing

They turned out great! Are those the later series BaCHs?
Why did Salvador Dali cross the road?
Clocks.

Basvarken

Yes, these were originally Tranparent Red ones. Without arm cut and without belly cut.
I have added a belly cut to make them more accurate.

Oh and Carlo, don't worry, I used Gibson size screws for the pickguard  ;)
