Yes, I feel fortunate indeed to live in Scotland.  Apart from all the local produce, in my experience being Scottish seems to be a great conversation starter when visiting foreign lands.  We seem to be held in reasonably high regard.  One of these days I'll invade a country dressed in the kilt.  Will I even make it out of the terminal building without someone checking to see if I'm "doing it right"...?  Who knows? :)

Come visit Washington state anytime, you'll love it! Bring that unused chrome 3 point along ;)

I've been to Aberdeen once. Was nice. Edinburfh too. Stayed at Borthwick castle. Even wore a kilt.

And you looked smashing good in it too!  ;)

While you lads are tilting kilts, I'll throw in a photo or two of my gold top Casady.  It is a rather big bass, but doggone, it really sounds good.  It has a BIG sound.  I've thought about putting a Hipshot bridge on it, but so far I have detected no problems with the 3-point, so until/unless it's broke, I'm not fixing it.

On the last pic the gold finish looks good! On pics the JCS Always looks kinda strange brown-ish, while it's gorgeous in real life.

And if you now take off the pg, it will sound even better (no joke). The pg muffles some of the acoustic sound. Try it and you'll notice the difference.

I like the PG and I'm not that concerned with acoustic sound...I play it plugged in.  But I appreciate knowing that.
