Early Beatles Gig
« on: March 24, 2013, 09:35:09 AM »
I think this is self-explanatory.  An early Beatles gig in which only 18 people showed up because of poor advertising (and maybe because they weren't very well-known either at that time.)  This kind of thing can happen to the best of us.  They had just got back from their German tour.  (The one where they had to sleep in the bathroom?)

Very cool pictures! It amazes me that stuff still surfaces that I have never seen before.

That's pre-Ringo Starr.

Pete Best just had no idea what was about to happen.  Poor guy.  Talk about unlucky.
