Maybe Uwe should give her a second err... opinion... as it sounds like a grudge case otherwise... (then he could have responded by saying someone had it in for him...)

Contrary to your foul-mouthed comments, I find the flawless time recording discipline of my Minnesota colleague commendable; not recording time properly is, after all, stealing from your partners. He penetrated the subject tenaciously observing rigid standards, and even left his client his personal legal pwad for free, I fail to see why his fruitful efforts should go unrewarded, pro bono as they might have felt.

Billing for such services again goes to show how my trade is the second-oldest one in the world and should be respected as such.
