My Drummer is editing the video shot in the studio I hope to have it up soon. I used  the G.O.T. Siggy for the whole session while my '67 sat in it's case. The session wasn't that long really! I set up my Orange Terror Bass, Tuned up the G.O.T. NR, got my levels, walked over to the control room and told the engineer to record.....................I nailed it first pass. A great testament to the Cataldo NR I think, I felt right at home with it hanging around my neck.

We usually record at GFI Studios but their schedule has been so full we redid the bass track (only because the drummer redid the drum tracks!)and some vocals at our guitar players studio. Imho I got the best recorded bass sound I ever got with the Cataldo NR/ Orange combo.

Well there are a few glimpses of the Cataldo NR in here but more importantly this is what she sounds like :) This is a very rough mix nowhere near done. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=474153225956006&set=vb.98848571338&type=2&theater

Miced with a 57 no less.  Sometimes they just work.

Any idea what console that is your guitarist has in the control room?

These strings came on my Cataldo NR, very close to Rotos and don't die as fast, I instantly liked them!
