Dean Customer Service
« on: November 28, 2012, 04:29:10 PM »
Had another tuner fail on my 5-6 year old Pace Bass...called Dean customer service, and they sent one to my work in 2 days...no charge (they charged me for the first one that failed a couple of years ago-$15 bucks plus $10 S & H).

I was impressed.  Excellent service this time around. Looks like a better quality tuner this time, too.

That's pretty amazing, and some of the most cost effective PR you can get. The four things I stress with the case company I run are "design, materials, craftsmanship, service".

Have had the same experience. Went out of their way to be nice.
