I dunno, but I felt more comfortable with Dave's taste in women when he still had a crush on former Mrs van Halen!
We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...

My 16 year old daughter (off for a six month New Zealand stay next month) calls Ms Winehouse "interesting and cool looking, she has style". While neither the beehive hairdo nor the heavy eye makeup do much for me, much less the tattoos, I could envisage her as reasonably pretty if you ever saw her without all that. I admit to owning the album and falling in love with "Rehab" first time I heard it. Since then, that song seems to have become an evil prophecy and I find her intoxication tales boring, there is nothing glamorous (or new) about addictions and anorexia.

If her father is right, it's all downhill from here. If she cleans up her act she'll have more time, but with emphysema the prognosis is never good.
