Here is a better photo. Shure is nice not having to deal with reflection off of all of that nasty chrome!  ;D

You said it. And bad for the environment too. Really, a chromie can only be compared in his tastes to the obsessive delights of some archaic savage tribes when they lay their eyes on glass pearls.

It should be forbidden, nuff said. Nowhere does the Constitution say that it should be allowed either, so I see a legislative loophole for doing away with it. I will not rest until I can read "Fed SWATs raid Nashville facilities of Gibson again for illegal chrome supplies".

Uwe, you'd destroy the automotive aftermarket accessory industry!

There's an old saying here in the U.S....."If it don't go, chrome it!"

Us red-blooded 'Murricans won't give up our chrome dipsticks, starters, alternator and differential covers till they pry them outa our cold, dead hands!!

Uwe, where do you think we got our passion for things "Non-Chrome"? (I actually swing both ways on this one!)

Always a pretty sight, those two. You are aware that you are the only person ON EARTH with two 20/20ies? Talk about a singular position!

And with the exception of the JMJ 20/20, The Ferrari Red beast may have been the most one ever sold for. The JMJ was just slightly higher to relieve me of the top spot. About $50.00 if I remember correctly.

That red 20/20 is pure 80ies Hollywood porn. In a good way.

The mate to the bass arrived Thursday. I know I've said it before, but this should be the last of the pairs!

I wish I would have bought vintage before the price skyrocketed, but I have to admit, I'm impressed with the new stuff..........

There's another saying used mostly among the military vehicle circles: "Chrome don't get you home".

I think the only chrome in the military was on Patton's revolvers.  ;)

...and parade helmets.

And glistening Mustangs, Lightnings, Thunderbolts and Flying Fortresses our Jägers and Flak could spot real quick! But once you have air superiority, why hide?  8)
