For any of you Chicago guys, I'm going to be playing at the Haymaker's reunion show at Durty Nellie's in Palatine this coming Sunday.

We go on about 6:00 pm, and I'll be using the fanfret Precision and the Holy Crap bass.  House rig is a SVT, but I may bring my Ashdown and run twin amps.

I promise a good train wreck.  We have one day to rehearse.  Yikes!

I might make it out to this. I thought one of my sisters might go, but no, so I probably won't know more than a couple people. Could be amusing!

I might be able to make it if I can get my kids to go.

Crap, I can't make it on the 26th but it sounds like a gas. Have a great time Gary!

I also have an extra ticket I can let go for $15.  The door price today is $25.  It's a little high, but you get 6 of the best Chicago bands of the '70s/'80s, and my band...

Leave me a PM, and I'll check in tonight and follow up.

Should be an interesting day.  One day rehearsal before the show, and I popped my exhaust on the Saturn up near Milwaukee yesterday.  This is getting to be an expensive trip.

It was really fun!  The house rig turned out to be a 2x18/2x10 cab, with a BBE pre-amp and a Crown.  RUMBLE....

There should be videos soon.

Here's a pic.

I cheated. Those were vinyl window decorations.  I used to change them for every holiday.

Bass looks great. I like the positioning of the pickups. Peavey cab... wow, haven't seen one of those for years!
