I'll bet money it's sturdier and sounds better than most of the crap Chinese Pallatino's I see around here. Saw three new in the store that the backs had separated from the sides and necks at the factory where the finish had been sprayed inside the gaps.

Well, they do accoeding to the original plan.
I happened to see this guy on some inventor cable show and he was looking to sell the idea for (I think) $30k.
They passed and despite a fairly hard set up it sounded pretty good.

NOW....if only someone would invent cardboard bass speaker bottoms that weigh practically nothing as well.
