I've never seen one without a bass, but here's an example. This is my bass:

Nice photo indeed. Artsy, even!
I need to check but I think my Fenderbird is really a '76 (at least that's what the pots indicate).
Why did Salvador Dali cross the road?
Clocks.

Was there ever a time when the US of A consisted of only nine states? I think that Bicentennial Bird is undernourished.

Haha!  ;D

Firebirds also have the '76 sign if it's a 76er. Check the serial number. Has to start with 00....

Diese Amerikaner ... celebrate 200 years of renegadedom from the British Crown and are then unable to even squeeze the original 13 stars/States on that turkey bald eagle of an isignia.

Oh, that's another one of your 51st States, right?  8)

Manifest Destiny and such.

I wonder whether in 2026 for the 250 year anniversary Gibson will still be around to bring out a Bi-son-and-a-half-tennial TBird? With chrome hardware to bring a tear to the faces of all those old men scattered in Gibson TBird Afficianados Veterans' Homes all over the country?
