I thought I saw it listed somewhere before and it mentioned that it was a sticker. Don't quote me on that tho.

Should of included a full picture of the entire bass. Still looks cool & still the only Gibson 5 string bird on the market.

With a Königstiger B string that will ignore all Geneva Conventions ...

Not just a TBnird but also an excellent passive 5 string.
We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...

That's a 4 string 66N ThunderBucker in the neck position.  Steve and I have developed the "EX" which has much better B string coverage.  I'm using them in my JAEbird and NR Fivers and in my opinion there's no comparison.  I declined to build this guy a Fiver before finalizing the EX.

Here's another picture of the bass pre ThunderBucker.

The 'Bird that's replacing it has a much better B string, I know  ;)

sigh...................................I am in the process of getting rid of any debt I have lying about. I sold a bunch of stiff off on ebay the auctions ended today I have enough to pay off everything. I must not buy, I must not buy, I must not buy.
