Super cool project has been keeping me away...

Thought you guys might like to see what's been keeping me away for the past couple of months. It's a 1940 ex-Canadian Army Indian Model 640. A friend rebuilt the engine, transmission and carb in August and since then, almost every weekend, day off and evening has seen me in the basement working on this old bike.
