Worth messing with?

I wouldn't mind playing around with one of these, but I don't want the balance issues of a full reverse Tbird.  Is there any chance this body would semi-balance?

that's Brooklyn, Michigan.  The wood-chippers are actually used on wood there.

Probably true.  It just didn't look as radical as some.

If I play with one of those, it may need to be a non-reverse.

That's an Epi Pro IV.  I paid $100 for mine delivered except it has the original brass nut and perfect paint.  Good bass.  I'd spend the extra $$ and buy a new one for $400.  Some of them DO have trussrod issues, especially the ones without serial numbers.  Just because it turns doesn't mean it works correctly.
