... And, yes, that girl can sing, even without a mini dress and a Flying V:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eidkf4M9UIc&feature=related

Gotta give you that one... acoustic doesn't allow much room for hiding the defects of what appears to be a perfectly formed larynx...

... OTOH how many other V-playing women have ever tossed a used tampon into the crowd?

My side of the pond too... they shoulda pulled the plug on that one...

Some people take unplugged gigs too literally. Besides, I find the whole thing kinda unmusical. Now if she had played slide with it first to dampen the strings ...

A few days after the show, Donita threatened to come back to Reading the next year, give birth and eat the placenta on stage.

Yummy. Best prepared medium-rare.

Well, if you're not around, Mark, the men here stray off to that kind of emergency and depriviation homoeroticism typical for male societies secluded from women (prison. military, Catholic church)!!!

Any word on what the scale length is? GC has the Epi Korina V in stock, and it's listed as short scale, 30"

My Gibson source told me that its short scale (and sent me specifications indicating a 30" neck), but I'm not so sure anymore looking at this pic:

and the position of the bridge which is indeed about an inch farther back than on the 81 Flying Vs (which als had 21 frets, not 20 like this one):

Here's an 81 in comparison:

The body of the new Flying V looks smaller to me.
