Noisy TBIV pick ups

I am having a noise problem with my '02 TBIV. I shielded the whole cavity and it did not make a difference. It also is not a ground wire. I recall hearing others mention this in the distant past. Any one come up with any solutions beyond the 2 mentioned?

People from what I remember, went to a Gibson service dealer and they replaced them.

I had that same problem eight or nine years ago. Gibson finally sent me a new pair of pickups. Going to a Gibson service center sounds like a much faster and easier way to go.

So I called a bonafide Gibson Warranty platz today, explained my problem and the fact that I did get this one some time ago along with serial #, DOP etc and the got back to me after contacting the Gibson sanctuary and told me to "bring it in as it is a Gibson problem". Hmm customer service might be coming back. Will report back on how this was handled. Thanks all.
