Denis, Sorry to hear of this, part of the burden of being a pet owner. We put our collie down last summer I know how you must feel. To a speedy recovery. Positive thought for you and your family member.

Denis, this brings back memories of what I went through last year with Sadie. I hope he gets better!

Just saw a post on FB that Nick died.  Very sorry Denis!  I"m sure he had a great life.

Sorry to hear it! I  will offer a toast in his honor tonight. This hits home... we have a little old dog that seems to be declining.

Sorry to hear that. We've got a cat the same age. It's especially tough when they've been with you for so long. Hang in there.

That's very sad to hear.  When the pet is that special, it's very difficult.  I know the feeling.

Sorry to hear this, Denis. Our last cat went in very similar circumstances. If, like us, you had to make the decision, it's hard, but as our vet said, it's the one last thing you can do for them.

RIP Nick. I'm really sorry Denis. I grew up in a family that loved cats and have always loved having them around. My condolences.
