It takes a very deep-rooted opinion to survive unexpressed

Great tool, Doc!  I've been wishing I had another pin router so I could use aggressive hogging bits in my Onsrud and switch to it with upcut spiral bits  for final smooth finish cuts.  That would save wear on bits and reduce set ups.  This looks like a great solution.

Yeah, it's simple, can be attached to any table with a little adjustment and measuring, and doesn't need a compressor!  I have a compressor but it's a pain in the butt and my shop is bursting at the seams already!   :-[  This little baby will do the trick and then some.

That's the nazz! I think I see one in my future  ;D

Careful Scott!  I'm already planning the addition of a heavy duty router for it when I have the money!!!

Leslie that template is a work of art!  :o

Three words- Ponoko. I designed it, sent them the online files and they laser cut the plexi, or any of a number of other materials.
Once they have your design on file you can order more as you need them. You can see where my router took a gouge out of one of the interior walls. Seems with a pin router I could more easily avoid that.
i have my first actual order and once that is paid for I think I know where part fo the money will go!!!!!!

An odd question maybe but can you easily remove the arm for regular router table use?

Wow, that's great!  Can I ask how much they charge?  I need a couple custom templates off files I have already.

Charges are dependent on the size of the stock (they have three standard sizes)
And the material, as well as the number of cuts.
make sure the design files are on the money, as the laser is very adept at repeating errors as well. Don' ask haha!
I will get a pic of all the templates for my bass design and post them tommorrow.
