I was gonna say... a proggie's delight!

Just listened to the first clip - that is a tight band!

I love the guitarist's tone, and that sustaining solo over the rhythmic chaos at 2:00

And I dont think I've ever heard a Clavinet sound that ethereal (as in the bridge? sections here).  Quite a beautiful tone from that thing.  Always wanted one.  I used to get Keyboard mag back in the 80s, and I remember this guy (wish I remembered his name) that was featured in one of their artist recording competitions on a tear-out 45.  He was using an old D6 Clavinet that he had somehow fitted this huge whammy-bar to    He was running it thru distrotion and doing these dive-bombs and stuff in his solos.   Sounded great.  He song reminded me of an edgy Gentle Giant.
