That's a good price for one these days...

Mine weighed around 9 1/2 pounds.  It wasn't so much that it was heavy, but the distribution of weight made it seem that way.  The neck itself is heavier than most basses, I guess because of all the graphite.

Yours, Brad?

The couple I've played were on the heavy side, but nowhere near as heavy as the 80s Gibson maple basses or a 90s LP Standard bass.

Yes, it's mine.  I made a temp V/V/T pickguard when I first got it and it slowly fell to the back of the line.  I thought I'd get into it a little more if I made the effort to get a correct guard and wired it V/V/T/T, but no dice.  It's too stark a contrast to my main bass as of late: a hacked up 80's Squier Bullet bass with one mudbucker jammed up against the neck.

And yes, it's heavy as hell!  Four sets with that thing around your neck makes for quite a workout.  :P

Well, good luck. Price is right, it just needs someone to love it.
