OK, I see I'm not going to get any encouragement from you guys!  Well, at least now I'm ready to do inlays on a rosewood board next!

That's OK, I've got another idea for it, but I'm keeping it to myself until I actually do it!  Just so I can surprise you all!

Excellent idea, but maybe canola oil would be better because of no trans-fat.... :o

Since the maple top on this body isn't all that grand, what do you all think of a gold top on it?   ;D

Not a big gold fan. Top me I would go with black, white or trans cherry-

Well, I love my gold top LP Signature bass.  I have a can of gold on the shelf just itching for a project!
