I saw that and I am quite tempted, nice jumping off point. It would be a hell of a player !

Probably not a bad deal unless you're looking for something to restore to original condition. It has possibilities.

Not significantly worse condition than mine......but to me, seems pricey for one which has had so many mods, refin, etc.  It's a player, not a collector at this point.

there is no line between a player and a collection piece imo. instruments should be played. just ask any classical musician who uses their
million dollar violin at every concert.

Definitely has possibilities.  I'm too booked up for it though.

I like the potential.  Nice EB-3 converter.  The white finish makes a nice base for a pelham blue.  Has the can and the holes added for contols match the factory holes.  Has all the good parts, the headstock has the inlays.  Even has the hood ornament.  And a hardshell.  Only drawback is the mudbucker swimming pool sized rout in the lead.  But you get an extra mudbucker.  Always a plus.  A good player, but no collector value.  There is a difference that has nothing to do with playability and everything to do with insurance coverage.
