Take it easy ! Heal quickley and listen to the Doc! Don't undo the work the Dr. did ! Our guitarist is going to have to have the surgery  :sad:

Remember to eat plenty of roughage and ease up on the steaks on the barbie... no point in "straining" anything unnecessarily... :o
