From my recollection:

Uwe- Downing Beat   TBird II Non Rev
dukeplaysbass- Ines
Chris P- Boilersuit      a Bicentennial Tbird pretending to be a Ric 4005
gearHed289- gearHed
Barklessdog - Barkless Dog   Kahler RD and overdubs with LP Standard
T.A.Curtis (not a member here)
OldManC- Audrey Smilley  silly question! TBird of course!, he doesn't even know how to play other basses
Granny Gremlin- WeLove EB-3
jzumbro- Showdown     I believe a Gibson IV
Hörnisse- Snakebyte
EvilLordJuju- True Element RD?
Pamlicojack- Tombstone Daddys is that the two step? TBird then I believe
Doombass- Doombass   Grabber, played when he was still a child
Texas Noise Factory (not a member here)- Supavillain
Basvarken- Superfloor  Hobbit, what else?

I played my 1980 Ripper...

This is a great collection of music. And a big job to put together.

Anyone interested in doing an Outpost version?  8)

I only have some live stuff with the fretless RD... someone would have to vet for QC... if it passes, I'd be happy to contribute...

I could try and work something up. It'd be a nice excuse to write something.

No Gibson basses in my possession at the moment.  If I could find a Thunderbird Studio 5 string I'm in!

What about an Outpost CD without restricting it to Gibson? As busy as the Gibson board was at the old Pit, we were still a small part of the whole, opening it up to all brands would have been unworkable. But we're small enough here. Thoughts?

Not a bad idea, Dave. You might end up having to limit the number of submissions per brand when the Fender guys sign up tho!

I have 4 studio numbers with the Peter Cook from way back which would be easier for me but I'd still be tempted to see what I have with my fretless as it represents me more recently... still willing to be in if I pass the QC...

I'm in & I agree with Dave, this place is too tight knit to exclude anyone here- I would love to hear the Ric guys,  etc.

What I loved about the first one was not so much the Gibson content but THE WORLD content & expression.
