No love for the Ami girl yet.............. :-[

From Doug (I miss Chris too)or BaCH...............

Mark, get Uwe to do his (legal) thing to pour the proverbial oil between you two...

Alternatively, if all else fails, to send in the Panzers... Hell hath no fury...

Uwe - one front at a time, that's where you went wrong, last time...

D "the PIRANHA" F - your new love...?

(sorry, closest I could find to FERNANDES... - add groan here...)

Mark,  I'm happy to offer a metaphorical shoulder to cry on (in a totally platonic, little brotherly way, of course) - any LBO's out on the West Coast there to offer her support...?

My favorite ABBA song. There, I've said it.

There are two things I like about ABBA..................and it ain't the songs.

Whenever Scott gets excited, it is about the deepening of cutaways via the application of brute force and the shaving of wood. As most basses only have two cutaways that can thus be vandalized, he must be talking about 2 rather than four.

But I'll better stop now. I really should give Scott a rest. We all need to forgive. And reward. With another vid of those lovely Abba chicks ...

n!k

The greatest ABBA song ever is EAGLE!!

you may not believe me, but get yourself a guitar (or bass) and a fuzz pedal and play this thing. If Black Sabbath recorded this riff it'd be among the heaviest in their catalog. The fact that its an entirely atypical song for them (metaphysical lyrics and LSD inspired video) and has an outro guitar solo of all things really seal the deal for me.
Half-speed Hawkwind

I am trying to remember which guitar mag had a "Top 100 guitar solos you wished you played" and a Carpenters song came in top, one place above "Hotel California" - can anyone guess the song, and I can fully understand why it got the vote...

An EB has 4 "potential" cutaways to play with, an RD has only 3...?

Bass VI

Hey everyone,

Yea, I kinda went away for a while, let's see......started building effect pedals, worked on a few guitar-type projects ( for other people....I'd rather be building for my own consumption ) and my on again off again band is.............................................on again, though that could change.............again!

There are a lot of Scotts here.......guess it's good I have never gone by my first name.....................................David!

Anyway, Hi All! and still no word from BaCh, I've pretty much given up on them.

"David" "Scott" ( BassVI )

Oh......and Chris....Doug Fyghter???? Am I missing something?
There was nothing in the world
That I ever wanted more
Than to feel you deep in my heart
There was nothing in the world
That I ever wanted more
Than to never feel the breaking apart
All my pictures of you

See this thread: http://bassoutpost.com/index.php?topic=2082.0

Chris' new bass has "Dog Fighter Bass" pickups, so he's undergoing a personality change.

The doctors say there's still hope he may snap out of it.

I vote that this thread go to Other Bass Brands. :D

I'm sorry, Scott, I was joking, these are men dressed as the other sex. Yes, they do exist. I have seen them.
