Fender P-bass neck question

I vote to spend the extra $$ and part out the body.  Very easy to do when it's not my money

I guess that the outrageous prices are good news for me. I've got my original 1970 rosewood neck sitting in a closet and the replacement maple neck I put on, and am still using, is also a 70s neck. Mid or more likely late 70s. I really can't remember

Exactly, none of them seem to be selling. Even the new ones from Reliable Fender keep getting relisted over and over again.
