I never got to that point with it while I had it.  I ended up selling it exactly as I bought it.  It was probably a good choice, since I would have never recouped the cost of the refin I planned.

One day someone has to refin one black and put a batman logo on the headstock. My band briefly does the batman theme (in a Who/Jam mod popart style) and i'd love to have a batbass for it.

I had originally planned on refinning mine in black and sell it to someone in a Johnny Cash tribute band.
