I finally got the speakers installed in this cab I can't wait to test drive it tonight ! I had one years ago so I know what I am in for ;) It is a small venue so I am pairing it with just the Hiwatt DR201, I wish I could get my 12s onstage with it but no matter I am stoked !

Small venue? And you're bringing the 2 x15 cab with the DR201 head?

Is the audience going to stand outside?  :D

Staring at that event horizon is a dirty job, but someone has to do it; something's going to come back out of it one day...

Does anything the pair of us have ever done make any sense (excluding wives, kids and first bass...) ...?  ;D

Give the cab a pat on the back-side for me!

As long as things make sense to me I'm good ;) I really enjoyed the cab last night full big growly stage filling tone ! It lacked the sustain on the D and G string, might be due to the realitivley low volume level due to the size of the place, I can't wait to pair it with my other cabs !

Ah... that vintage appeal... 8)

The issue with the highs and the lows is something that plagues anyone without a mixed range of cabs - run her with a 12" cab should be spot on for your smaller gigs... I know your 200 has a similar tone and feel to my 100 so that ain't gonna be the issue... IIRC, you could lay that cab sideways and stick a 412 on top (where space is limited); it won't look out of place, and that should give you what you want...

If only I had the storage space...

Glad it worked out... ;)

Here is some video I'm pretty pleased  with the sound! Last song of the night place was empty oh well.

LOL I'll take that ! That was pretty sloppy for us. first gig in 8 weeks after our drummer cut a thumb tendon and our poor guitarist is going through a nasty divorce, it's so bad he almost canceled the gig. But the show must go on !
