Timing!    My co-worker John went shooting last week and brought in a few fresh bunnies for me yesterday. Anyone tried Rabbit cooked a`la coq au vin?   Should invite the teacher round for dinner. Maybe digesting the flesh of said fluffy guy might allow her fear to ..um   ...pass?

I only ate a rabbit once (very bony and very little ones - tasted quite like chicken), whilst on a journey to North Wales, to a certain Village... and no, I am not (a) number 51 (I am a free man...!), that is just my age...

and yes, that was long, long ago, in a Galaxy far, far away, and is unlikely to get repeated in this lifetime...

one of my favorite stops when running west was at Echo Canyon Utah. we truckers called it chicken canyon as it is the place of choosing either to go over the "hill" or opt out and run echo (chicken) canyon if one was a bit heavy because of its considerably lessor grade. the truck stop there had rabbit on the menu.
