I really didn't appreciate John Taylor's work so much at the time but he is definately one of my fave bassists...........He and Roger Taylor are great together on "Duran Duran" and "Rio" as pop goes it's enduring music, "Save a Prayer" has a beautiful bass line, amongst many others.
Resident T Bird playing Drag Queen www.thenastyhabits.com  "Impülsivê", the new lush fragrance as worn by the unbelievable Fräulein Rômmélle! Traces of black patent leather, Panzer grease, mahogany and model train oil mingle and combust to one sheer sensation ...

Green Onions - great bass line.....Nice footage of a very young Duck Dunn...the bass makes this number!

It's amusing when people make comments about how simple Chris Wolstenholme's bass lines are.  My response would be, come up with something as good or better, get into a band on Muse's level, then let's hear it.

Simple is beautiful

Love JPJ's tone on this:

Of course Pino's playing on the original album was perfection but Tim Schmit does a real good job here;

I always loved playing this funky song.  Their drummer Woody Cunningham passed away this past January.

Their new songs aren't getting as much attention, or at least that's the way it seems to me.  To me the new stuff is the best they've had since the "Absolution" album.

"Knife Edge" is probably my favorite ELP song.  Simple, yet gets the statement across.
