Here I am as a wee tyke, floating along on my low hovering cloud:

...and more recently at a Halloween thing, dressed as a mud wrestler no less:

My first bass & band pic

Pic of my unviolated RD-observe the ugly fake walnut pressboard panelling

Turd Brown Non reverse, when I first recieved it, on the poop deck!

The man with CAR stare and matching bass ...

A blurry custom shop all korina shortscale Explorer ...

I'm gonna find that note on the fretless and if it takes all night ...

Is there intelligent life below the 12th fret I cry?

We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...

Stjofön Big

In mosquito country, "way up north", as Johhny Horton put it in his trade mark song North to Alaska. Though this is Sweden, just a few kilometers south of the polar circle. Epiphone Embassy. Summer of 2005.

What the...? Last time around I knew how to do this trick, and get big and proud photos through the mail. But now? Where did I go wrong? But that little bass player sure looks nice, or what you say, Uwe?

These photos are a trip!  Thanks guys.  I'd post my first bass but it's not a Gibson!
I'm fixin' a hole where the rain gets in..........cuz I'm built for a kilt!

"on the poop deck!" Really John!  ;)

These are great, I esp. like Uwe's band up on some rooftop doin' The Beatles thing!  Sir Paul has nothing on you Herr Moderator.

Uwe's Edit: Actually more Yellow Submarine: We're playing on the deck of a ship on that first pic on the Main river.
Resident T Bird playing Drag Queen www.thenastyhabits.com  "Impülsivê", the new lush fragrance as worn by the unbelievable Fräulein Rômmélle! Traces of black patent leather, Panzer grease, mahogany and model train oil mingle and combust to one sheer sensation ...

That's because when it gets to be 10 below zero the dogs can't make it to the yard and use our deck to poop!

Well, the snow has finally melted and low & behold-poop on the deck!

We are supposed to get 5-6" of snow tomorrow!!
:'(

Oh how I miss the spring thaws in Minnesota. The gradual exposure of the layers of thawing dog poop. The futile attempts to pick them up gracefully. And just when you think it's all over for another year, you get 6" of snow in late April.

These are great pictures, some I've seen, some I haven't - great thread!

Here's me 6 years ago with my EB-2 when I reentered the world of rock after an 8 year hiatus:

And more recently, with Melody Maker Bass, and shorter hair & sideburns:

Funny how a budget bass can make such great music.

I have to add the one of me with my '76 Thunderbird.  It suffered headstock syndrome, and I eventually sold it.  I've fallen apart since then, as well....sigh...it's hell getting old.   Pay no attention to that man behind the Fender.
