Hereafter SUCKS!

Shoulda gone to STONE today instead. First matinee of the day is only $7.
Good way to see movies that might SUCK. haha
I heard that Hereafter was an alright film but what made it worth the ticket price were the effects like the tsunami. Supposed to be among the best effects out there.

Finally seen Inception... what a movie... 8) 8) 8)

We have Avatar with an extra 10 minutes from this weekend over here...

I really wanna see Inception! It's only in the "bad" theatres here now, but I'm going to try to go tomorrow night.
What's this Avatar with an extra 10 minutes? Is that with the scenes with the other creatures?

Several bits and explanations of some stuff... all clicks in well... the DVD and Blueray is out next month here - Blueray is going to have a stack of stuff but the 5/1's are still too pricey over here so sticking with my Panasonic DVD 5/1

Inception is simply stunning... enjoy...

I just got back from the 20 minute preview of Tron: Legacy that aired in IMAX theaters around the globe like Avatar last year. A major difference now is that Avatar used 3D just to have 3D but Tron: Legacy gives it a purpose. You start out in 2D when in the real world but jump into the grid and you are now seeing things in 3D. It is a truly visually stunning film actually stunned my friend immediately compared to Avatar which didn't until a bit into the film. An exact quote from my friend: "TRON Legacy screening was AWESOME!!!! Makes AVATAR look like a finger painting"

For 3D, I truly enjoyed Jackass 3D. I recommend it highly for fans of 3d effects, the Jackass franchise, feces and vomit.  Very funny.
Model One and Schallers?  Ish.

Wow~ Looking forward to TRON next month! YEAH!!!

MEGAMIND is a gas! Saw it in Extreme Digital 3D for $17 & the characters & plot & animation are really GREAT but the extremeness & 3D effects weren't that great.
Gonna see it again when it hits the $3 theater.
Saw MACHETE again in the $3 theater for laffs. It's ULTRAVIOLENCE but comedy....like Clockwork Orange.

Skyline looks good.  We may use a couple free movie passes for that one, if we get motivated to go out.

Not 2010 (2009 actually), but I finally got around to seeing this one on the weekend.  Quite interesting for Beatles fans ....

Maybe their own IT is just as reliable as that other popular brand... ;D

Oh yeah - Harry Potter (and the Deadly Halitosis) is on the way for those sad enough to be Quidditch obsessed... :o (err... guilty as charged...)

Woh! ok. :D

Secretariat is damn good! Diane Lane is great as the tough ol' girl who took that AMAZING horse to the Top in '73! True story
Saw it at the local $3 theater too. Great deal!

BURLESQUE opens Wed.! Looking forward more to Xtina performing than Cher but it was interesting to read in my book SKYDOG that Ramblin' Man only made it to #2 cuz it couldn't get past CHER's Half Breed!

TANGLED opens this week too. Looks real cooool! I love animated features--both traditional style & cgi.
