Very nice colletion you have there. I really like the GOB, as someone said it reminds me of a Travis Bean. I love the red Aria as well. I've always been curious about Aria every since I first became aware of them back in the early 80's.

Good day, fellow players.

Not up-dated this for a while, so I thought I had better post up a few more.

First up is for Kenny - I have been meaning to get a pic of this one for some time.

Gibson RD Artist
This bass has had a bit of a history to it.
The case has "Dizzy Bitch" stencilled on it and after a bit of research, discovered
that the were a "Sleaze Rock" outfit - bass player called Tim Tation!!!!
Google them!
It ended up with a guy who used it in Orchestra pit's, in the West End, who is also
an accomplished Double Bass Player.
It was a bit of a handful in the cramped conditions, some went for a Jazz, instead.
I always wanted one of these and would have liked a minter - still would but the
beauty of this old fella, is he has been round the block a few times and I am not afraid
to gig it.
BIG BIG Sound. LOADS of tonal variety and I mean LOADS.
I usually play with a bass sort of middle of my body but this one I sling a lot lower, as
is is most comfortable that way - must get round to sorting one of those fancy straps out.
The Moog gear on mine is A1 and to date, has caused no problems.
Last gigged this November/December, so it is time he came out again.
If you a looking for one, when you get it, back off the gain on your amp. I plugged in and
discovered that it had the output of several jet fighters!!!!!
Once you have got used to the controls, you can dial in your favourite (favorite, if you are
in the USA!) sounds and set a course for the next continent!!!





Ibanez Studio

Good solid bass.
Got this to go with my 8 String.
Not much more to say - does what it says on the tin!
Typical Ibanez build quality, Nice!!

Hi. Meet Seiwa
This is part of the collection - had the camera out again. 
The main reason for posting this, is that although I have had it
for some time now but I know very little about it, despite following
all the usual lines of enquiry.

There seems to be an association with Azumi?
Great bass, even left the odd strings on that came with it - deep thud!
If anyone has any info, or has a Seiwa, I would love to hear from you.

So what's the knob with the arrow on it?  That's different...

And I've never seen a 1/4" jack receptacle like that - looks almost like something custom-made.  Pretty massive, but I like it.

This one is going to a new home in Lithuania!! Wow, how well travelled it will be!





These things are great. I have had a lot of fun with them and am keeping the other one.
Moving the pup makes a HUGE difference in tone. Small and very easy to play but not as
light as you would think, as it is maple - about 6 lbs, I think.

Anyone else got one? They very rarely come up for sale, so you don't see many.
