Sorry about that, Big D... My wife is a "serious crafter" and a very good card maker, so I have to be "innovative" in my designs - this was a Christmas card I did a few years back (for a friend) with my first RC Dalek, some blue LED's, a crystal ball, and some patience to get the lights right... I have 5 now, not all RC... largest is about "knee-high", so I can keep him in control ("behave, or you lose your batteries...!") - very iconic items for us Brits...

We have a double episode of Doctor Who over Christmas day and New Years day - a new "Time-Lord" is due... possibly the top viewing for the UK over this time period...

A Dalek is out of the Dr. Who series. A robot that wants to exterminate humans if I remember correctly.

Daleks are not robots but mutated organisms inside of a mechanical suit.

The two specials are sure to do well here too from what I have seen. I know I have set my DVR to record the first and I plan to set my DVR to record the next one as soon as I can. Sad to see Tennant go but I look forward to seeing what Moffat and Smith can do in the new season, especially considering the episodes that Moffat has been behind.

Keep in mind, he will knock 4 times.

Its forcast 42°C (107.6°F) here today. Bushfires are back on the West Coast of SA, no deaths thankfully.
Supposed to be a beautiful 25°C up in the hills on Christmas day. Party at my place under the new verandah
