The more I look at it it seems like it could be a Fender head.  Cool tone and one of my favorite songs by REM.  I remember when they played this show! (I know, I'm old....)

I had one of those back in the day, with the 2x15 cab (the one in the pic is 4x12). Farted out at bedroom levels. It was heavy as hell, and the cab was too big to fit in the rear seat in a sedan. It was stolen from a rehearsal studio in 1987. I was so relieved.
The guy who bought the same bass twice — first in 1977 and again in 2023

I used one all summer for a show in an amusement park here--I actually liked the head--the cab sucked.

I had one that I used with an Acoustic 2x15 cab. Loved the tone but it couldn't keep up with a loud rock band. It was stolen from my apartment along with my bass, I got the bass back through an amazing coincidence and I still have the cab.

I've often thought of getting another one to use on low volume gigs or for recording but finding one in decent shape that doesn't cost an arm and a leg is seemingly impossible.

I've never owned one but played through several.  I do like the heads better than the cabs.  Note on Mike Mills Rickenbacker:  Full inlays and looks like the Geddy Lee Badass bridge mod too.  Here is another clip from same show.
